This video analyzes Singapore’s decision to legalize casinos; furthermore, we interviewed different people in different demographics to see their view on the subject, and to analyze the problems as well as the benefits of this sort of gambling. Ultimately, we answer the main question: Did Singapore do the right thing?

High-stakes gambling on Native American lands has been controversial over the years. The Northern Arapaho Indian Tribe on the Wind Indian Reservation in west-central Wyoming won a series of court cases that allowed the tribe to operate casino gambling. Tribal officials talk about how this new form of economic development has changed the lives of tribal members and will preserve the tribal culture for generations to come. This film was a project of a film production class at the Wind River Tribal College in Ethete, Wyoming. This film was an entry in the 2011 Wyoming Short Film Contest.
