Football season is just around the corner. It is the favorite sport of America and it truly its passion. One of the greatest things about the professional football season is the Monday night football season. This is the new Monday night football schedule for this year.
The first week will have two games. They will start off with an AFC match-up of the Patriots going to South Florida to take on the Miami Dolphins. The later game of the night will have another AFC match-up and fierce rivalry in the Oakland Raiders traveling to the Mile High City to take on the Denver Broncos.
Week two, three, and four will feature some great games. The St. Louis Rams will visit the New York Giants at their new stadium followed by the Washington Redskins at the Dallas Cowboys. Next, the Colts will square off against the Buccaneers. The rising Rams will bring some excitement to Monday night.
The Lions have made a return to the MNF schedule and prime time football. They are hosting the Bears at Ford Field. The Lions are in a rebuilding process that has made football fans from all over waiting to see their talent displayed. The Dolphins are back on MNF as they go to New Jersey to take on the New York Jets.
Week seven shows the Baltimore Ravens at the Jacksonville Jaguars. Week eight displays the air show of the San Diego Chargers at the young Kansas City Chiefs. Week 9 is the Chicago Bears at the Philadelphia Eagles with week ten showcasing the Minnesota Vikings at the Super Bowl Champs Green Bay Packers.
Week eleven, twelve, and thirteen is the Kansas City Chiefs versus the NE Patriots, the New York Giants versus the New Orleans Saints, and the San Diego Chargers versus the Jacksonville Jaguars.
For the final MNF games of the year, Sam Bradford and the Rams play the Seattle Seahawks in the Emerald City of Seattle, the Steelers take on the San Francisco Forty-Niners, and Matt Ryan and the high flying Atlanta Falcons play the Saints to finish off the year. This is a great schedule for MNF and football fans alike.
